West Central Learning Academy
WCLA is a free public high school that also offers a DropOut Recovery Program for students ages 16-22 to complete their high school requirements and get a high school diploma.
Please click in the Enroll Now link (below) and create a new account to begin the application. After completing the application, please call WCLA at 419-227-9252 and set up an appointment to finalize this enrollment.

You need to bring the following documents to your enrollment appointment:
- Birth Certificate
- Student’s Social Security Card
Students must attend the enrollment appointment accompanied by a parent or guardian.

West Central Learning Academy is a community school established under Chapter 3314. of the Ohio Revised Code. The school is a public school and students enrolled in and attending the school are required to take proficiency tests and other examinations prescribed by law. In addition, there may be other requirements for students at the school that are prescribed by law. Students who have been excused from the compulsory attendance law for the purpose of home education as defined by the Administrative Code shall no longer be excused for that purpose upon their enrollment in a community school.
